Square-head pedestal for access floor is made up of head, axis, base and gasket. It is usually zinc coated. The thickness of head is around 4mm. The material of head can be aluminum alloy or steel. The thickness of base is around 3mm. The size of top is around 60*60mm. And the size of bottom is around 80*80mm. The gasket mainly consists of black rubber. It is put on the top of the head to reduce the noise when people step on the access floor. The pedestal is used to support the stringer system and corner locking system. It can be self-locked. The pedestal is vertically adjustable. And height range is from 120mm and 180mm. The axis load can reach 25kn. The minimum load capacity of the pedestal is 22,000N.
