No it's not just you. This happens if you have arrows in your default line style. For some reason PowerCADD can't handle rotated rounded rectangles so it always converts them to polygons. If you select Convert to Polygons from the Tool menu, you get the same thing without rotating the object. Just change your line default to a plain line before drawing the rotated rectangle.
By the way, I don't like the fact that rotated round rectangles seem to use a low accuracy curve facet. Does anyone know of any way of making it high accuracy? It would be even better of PowerCADD would allow proper rotation of rounded rectangles.
