Modular homes and buildings are more environmentally friendly in general because there is reduced material waste since they are made in a factory. The process is very efficient, and most everything in our factory is recycled if we can.
One of the biggest reasons for prefab is the time savings. The site prep can be done at the same time as the mods are being built. _________________ Modular Buildings by Modtech |

That's so true Mark, the amount of queries and construction at our workplace has nearly tripled and we can't keep up with demand.
We ship them inside a container that goes sea bound, and all they need to do is do site prep, and up it goes, roof and all. _________________ "The city is not a tree, it is a landscape" -Christopher Alexander |

So many people think of trailer-like structures when they hear "prefab" or "modular" but the truth is that modern modular buildings look identical to buildings that are site built. Hotels, apartment buildings, and student residences can all be built up to twelve stories using modular technology.
