Can they be improved upon or do I need to know more about how they work?

They work on a first time visit on a new day. On another same day visit they don't work within a forum, i.e. PowerCADD. It would be nice if they worked on a post level instead of the forum level. That's how I perceive it's working.

Hello,
My name's Nicole Farkas, I'm sixteen years old and live in Shoreline,
Washington, and I'm a sophmore at Shorewood High School. The reason why I'm writing you isn't for me. It's about my best friend in the whole wide world, Cassie. So many time's I've seen you do great miracles for people, and I thought I would ask for your help. But before I ask you anything I want to tell you a little something about this amazing friend of mine. Cassie and her Mom live in the small town Langely, in South Carolina. Cassie's sixteen, as well, and attends Midland Valley High School. She's an honor student who's a big part of her school. She's first chair in trumpet, and chief petty officer in her NJROTC military class. She's one of the hardest workers I've ever known and was even given a "Who's who" award for being one of the 5 top students in her State. Cassie inspires me every day to be a better person and go for my goals. However, Cassie's situation isn't as great as her character. The area that Cassie lives in isn't really the best. She has neighbors that live under tarps being held up by tree's and lined with cardboard. Thankfully Cassie does live in a home, but not a great one. There's been so much that has happened to it. It's getting really old and broke down. Years back, there was a fire in her kitchen and burnt most of it, but they haven't had the money to do anything with it. All the walls through the house are bare with holes. Only some of the windows have curtains and a lot of the things in the house are either falling apart or broken. It break's my heart to see Cassie and her mother live like this when they are such great people. Cassie's birthday is coming up on May 29th, and her and I are almost obsessed with all the designing shows. When I asked Cassie what she wanted for her 17 birthday, she wished she had the design team come and try to do something with her house. I'm writing to ask you if you could do something to help my greatest friend ever. If I could I would redecorate Cassie's house piece by piece with my bare hands. But with us living so far apart, and me also having no money, it would be impossible. I want to reward her with a styling place to come home to. Cassie doesn't know anything about this, and I'm a little scared to even ask you this. But I wouldn't if it wasn't needed. I know you get hundreds of emails a day, but I just hope you won't over look mine.
Thanks again for reading my email. From Nicole Farkas
You can email me back at my email address Lubindanickie@aol.com
