Architect - DC Area

We are currently looking for an Architect with Federal building experience.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Architecture
• AIA/License preferred
• LEED AP preferred
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Required Experience:
• 5-10 years experience after completion of degree
• Feasibility Analysis – projects requiring good understanding of MEP, special functions and building architecture
• Developing Program of Requirements
• Space Planning for Offices
• Experience with large commercial interiors and modernization projects
• Design Intent Drawings for Interior Architecture (not necessarily Construction Documents)
• Monitoring and Documenting Interiors Construction Progress

Desired Experience:
• Laboratory Planning/Design
• Client Interaction – assessing needs and consensus building
• Renovation of historic buildings
