Need an Architect to just do a layout plan

I am building a house in India. But I am here in CA, USA. So I need someone to help me finalize my layout plan based on the sketch I have so far (using some software from FRYs), so that the Architect in India can do the remaining work. It is difficult for me to sit here and get a plan done remotely.
Can someone help me on this and if so how much will it cost ? I already know what I want but I need to have someone locally to sit down and actually fit things into proper places.
Again...all I need is a layout plan for First floor and Second Floor.
The need is pretty urgent.
