I wonder if it's possible to sort messages in reverse order? so that new messages float to the top of the screen?

Huc,
Thanks for not pointing me to the manual...I should have read more about how to use the forum.
And as I think about it, although there have been some initial problems, in general a little study will solve most user problems with this forum.
It's just that Mac users expect stuff to work without reading manuals [this is certainly Alfred's approach, if I read his posts correctly]. Nonetheless, it's helpful to take a few minutes to learn a few things about this forum.
And another thing, while I'm on the subject: some folks have declared themselves opposed to the new forum. Isn't it kinda early? Let's give the thing a fair shake fer cryin' out loud.
Even if it means RTFM. After all, the underlying software is windows-ware... [I think]

FYI, the underlying software for the forums is server-Unix-oriented, and open source, running with Apache, also open source, and the most widley used web server software.
For whatever it's worth. All the Artifice servers run some type of another of unix, behind the scenes.
Good, heavy-duty stuff, and cheap too. Minimize the Bill tax. |
