I am looking for help on the definition of a vocab term assigned in my Building Materials Class. The word is "undercut" and I believe has something to do with doors or windows. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

| and undercut door is a door that has had the bottom trimmed to allow air to pass beneath it. So a typical note might say "undercut 1" meaning the door has a 1" space between the bottom of the door and the floor. |
