Hi,
I am planning to build multi storyed residential complex in Bangalore on a 60/40 site. I would like it to be low cost, low maintenance, 4 floors, apartment style houses. Can some one provide me an estimated cost? If you have some examples/pictures of your earlier projects, that would be great.
Thanks,
Girish |

This is a tough questions, because costs differ greatly from region to region, country to country. Labor costs are big factors. You need to find a contractor or an architect locally who can assist you. You should also compensate them for their services.
For project planning purposes, you might try to find a Quick Estimator on-line for your country. R. S. Means has one for the US. It will give you a broad overview of costs to start planning a project, but you need to really get a design going and find a local architect or builder who can help you. |

Dear Mr.Girish,
I would suggest you prepare some sought of out line specification like what kind of flooring you are looking for, what kind of doors & windows you would prefer. Then the question will be simpler to answer |
