A Rube Goldberg machine is an exceedingly complex apparatus that performs a very simple task in a very indirect and convoluted way. They are usually made of household items and take longer to make than do the actual task they were designed for. Good fun though. Here, our machine is going to perform a very simple task. Follow the step by step instructions for more details.
